Brandy Wilson

Brandy is dedicated to helping communities and watersheds thrive, economically and ecologically. She serves as the Water Practice Lead for Merrick & Company, supporting a diverse group of engineers, scientists, financial specialists, and communication and project delivery professionals who specialize in community water infrastructure and river engineering and restoration. Her 30 years of experience in environmental restoration, corporate sustainability, food and agriculture, financial strategies, and nature-based solutions and green infrastructure enables her to cultivate system-wide approaches to solving watershed challenges. Brandy is a bridge-builder, developing partnerships among communities, corporations, non-profit organizations, and water users to create a shared understanding and support change management. She is passionate about helping people on her team to grow in their work and become their best and most authentic selves.
