Brighton Kaoma- Co-founder of Amano So, an AI opportunity network leveraging advanced predictive analytics and intent-driven AI matching to connect exceptional rising talent with senior executives in organizations for group-mentorship, career advancement, and personal growth. Amano.so works with leading brands across US, Canada, and parts of Africa. Previously, Brighton was global director in the United Nations in New York, leading a global network of academics, technologists, and entrepreneurs to advance agenda 2030 before joining Forbes. He’s a Perplexity AI Business Fellow, Schmidt Futures’ International Strategy Fellow, and U.S State Department’s 2017 Mandela Washing Fellow. Brighton received the Queen’s Young Leaders award from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham palace and the WWF International’s Presidents’ award for leading the charge on climate action with technology. He graduated with an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University in New York and is completing an M.S in Computer Science.
