Cameron Crake

Circularity Lead for Amazon Grocery
Amazon
Cameron is the Circularity Lead for Amazon Grocery, overseeing a team focused on three critical areas: waste reduction, food donation, and sustainable packaging solutions. She has spent her career exploring how business can serve as a force for good in the world. Her journey began in fair trade retail startups, where she developed expertise in responsible sourcing and ethical supply chains. This foundation sparked her passion for sustainability in retail —a focus that led her to Whole Foods Market. During her seven years at Whole Foods, Cameron has lead business case creation for key initiatives to establish baselines for sustainability metrics, launch innovative pilots, and forecast the impact of key initiatives. Through strategic stakeholder engagement, she has worked with leaders across multiple functions to integrate sustainability into core business operations and foster cross-functional alignment. In her new role on the Amazon Grocery Sustainability team, her scope has expanded beyond Whole Foods Market to provide support across Amazon Fresh and Grocery Delivery. Cameron is committed to building systems that reduce waste, feed communities, and minimize environmental impact across Amazon’s grocery operations.
