Carlos Villalpando

Carlos is the Director of Industry Solutions for Net Zero Cloud at Salesforce.com. He was part of the New Product Introduction team that launched Net Zero Cloud, shaping and initiating all necessary processes to drive customer adoption. He engages with customers to drive product adoption by sharing best practices and raising awareness of new functionality. Carlos also builds and fosters executive-level relationships with the customer’s IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers to solidify the partnership and commitment. He delivers value by developing relationships with key groups, such as Product and Services Delivery, to ensure proper product rollouts.
