Carolina Leonhardt

Carolina Leonhardt is the Director of Climate, Packaging, and Environment for Mondelez US, where she leads strategy on climate action, sustainable packaging, and supply chains. She has led the development of the company’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program to ready the business for emerging compliance requirements and build future sustainable packaging strategies. Prior to Mondelēz, she spent nearly eight years at Clif Bar & Company driving environmental responsibility initiatives focused on climate action, renewable energy, circularity, and sustainable packaging. Carolina holds a degree in International Studies with a focus in Environmental Policy from American University and brings nearly two decades of experience advancing corporate and public-sector sustainability programs.
