Ceejay Girard is the Director of Innovation and Partnerships, Sustainable Agriculture at PepsiCo. She is responsible for implementing regenerative agriculture strategies and designing partnerships across PepsiCo’s global supply chain, supporting the company’s goal to spread regenerative farming practices across 10 million acres by 2030. Prior to PepsiCo, Ceejay worked at Accenture and Resonance Global facilitating multi-stakeholder collaborations in sustainable agriculture and launching innovative financing projects. She has held positions at LendingClub, Kiva, and Fisher Investments Europe. Ceejay graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Environmental Economics and Policy and the London School of Economics with an M.S. in Local Economic Development. Having lived and worked in over 23 countries, she brings extensive field and cross cultural experience. She currently resides in California with her family.
