Chris Hagler is the Co-Founder and CEO of Impact Pathways, where she leads a team helping organizations create positive impact for society and the environment while building long-term business value. With more than 25 years of business experience, she works from the board level through all layers of an organization to advance sustainability, impact, and ESG performance.
Before founding Impact Pathways, Chris was a leader in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services Practice, where she guided companies through complex sustainability transformations. She also brings hands-on experience as an entrepreneur and corporate leader across multiple functions.
Chris was the founding host of EY’s Sustainability Matters podcast, is a frequent speaker and board educator on ESG topics, and lectures at Georgia Tech on sustainability leadership. She also serves on the boards of Land Betterment, the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business at Georgia Tech, and Hub404.
Outside of work, Chris is a spouse and mother of two, an avid runner and gardener, and an aspiring skier and chef.
