His experience includes deregulated energy procurement, regulated rate analysis, energy efficiency project management, utility budgeting, demand management, renewable energy sourcing, carbon emissions reporting, and utility bill pay management. Colin manages the energy team at Ross, with responsibility to drive energy cost savings and reduce carbon emissions through the strategic execution of company initiatives.
