I’m a dynamic global operations and sustainability leader with 20 years of experience driving performance transformation across multinational manufacturing and supply chain organizations.

Throughout my career, I have led cross functional teams in more than 15 countries across the Americas, Europe and Africa, leading initiatives that delivered multimillion dollar productivity gains, carbon neutral certifications, and step change improvements in safety culture and product quality. My leadership spans sustainability strategy, operational excellence, organizational design, and large scale capability development.

As Director of the Operations Sustainability at Reynolds American Inc., I’m leading the integration of Sustainability strategy into the U.S. operations, delivering major reductions in emissions, water use, waste, and workplace accidents.

I hold an Executive MBA, an MBA in Finance & Strategy, and a Mechanical Engineering degree, and I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
