David Berdish

After more than 35 years working in Supply Chain Management and Sustainability, where he designed and was responsible for the Ford Human Rights Code of Working Conditions, Sustainable Mobility, and the Water Strategy, David Berdish is on the Virginia Commonwealth University Supply Chain Management faculty and is passionately teaching and mentoring his students at his beloved alma-mater. at VCU. David is the director of “Ram Re-X”, an action research project that focuses on circular minerals resilience and reclamation to develop a supply chain ecosystem that secures reused, repaired, refurbished, remanufactured, repurposed and/or recycled aluminum, cobalt, copper, graphite, lithium, manganese, and nickel into the commodities marketplace in an equitable and just transition
