David Leathers

David Leathers serves as a Director at the Health Action Alliance, where he leads Extreme Weather + Work — the nation’s premier initiative helping employers understand, manage, and mitigate the risks of extreme weather to their workforces and communities. The program is advised by the National Commission on Climate and Workforce Health. David previously led standards implementation at B Lab for more than 10,000 Certified B Corporations and advised clients in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. He has lived and worked in Jordan and Egypt, is a Climatebase Fellow and New Leaders Council Fellow, and lives in New York City.
