Dayna Gross

As the Markets Director at Platform for Agriculture and Climate Transformation, Dayna brings a deep expertise working with large companies while collaborating with farmers, ranchers, companies, and NGO to advance sustainability goals. Before PACT, she served as the Manager of Programs & Partnerships on North America Sustainability team at Syngenta. Previous to that, for seventeen years she led a variety of teams at The Nature Conservancy in roles ranging from Senior Corporate Engagement Advisor to Silver Creek Preserve Manager. She lives in Idaho where she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, two teenage boys, and their border collie, Olive.
