Deanna Bratter is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Crocs, Inc., where she leads the company’s journey toward achieving net zero by 2040. Since joining in 2022, she has championed a holistic approach to sustainability, advancing circularity, environmental and social responsibility, and corporate governance initiatives that reflect Crocs’ commitment to Create a More Comfortable World for All. As a mother, Deanna is driven by the belief that the actions we take today shape the world we leave for future generations, infusing her work with a sense of pragmatic activism and responsibility to build a more sustainable future.
Before Crocs, Inc., Deanna held the role of Vice President of Sustainable Development at Danone North America, where she led the organization’s strategy to address climate change, advance responsible sourcing, restore natural ecosystems, improve sustainable packaging, and support people and communities. Her extensive background, along with dual degrees from the University of South Florida and certifications from Harvard Business School and the University of Denver, equips her to align bold business strategies with long-term impact. Deanna’s leadership is rooted in the belief that sustainability is not just a business imperative, but that business is a critical force in driving change toward a more inclusive, sustainable, and regenerative economy for all.
