Deborah Carter McCoy is the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Communications at Environmental Initiative where she leads the organization’s agriculture program to advance cross-sector partnerships and test efforts to drive behavior change through data-driven, collaborative engagement strategies.

Throughout her career Deborah has successfully demonstrated how listening and learning paired with creativity, strategy, and purpose can drive behavior change results in agriculture, transportation, waste management, and public health preparedness.
