Devon Johnson

Devon Johnson is on the Policy and Market Development team at CRS, specializing in greenhouse gas accounting and renewable energy policy. She works with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to advance best practices for energy accounting and has contributed to key policy updates in varied voluntary standard initiatives as well as state renewable energy policy. At CRS she has worked closely with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHGP) and its stakeholders, as well as other voluntary standards. Devon is co-leading two Clean Energy Accounting Project initiatives in 2025 related to Hourly Utility Product Design and Secondary Transactions of Hourly EACs.
