Diane Buzea

Diane Buzea is Climate Action Manager at WBCSD, where she co-leads work on Accelerating Decarbonization, including open initiatives such as The Climate Drive, the Business Action Bank, and multiple working groups and masterclasses on corporate climate action.

She brings deep expertise in corporate decarbonization strategies, with a strong focus on Scope 3, supply chain engagement, and avoided emissions. Prior to WBCSD, Diane worked at McKinsey in the Sustainability & Strategy Practice and within the Global Environment Team, supporting companies on their net-zero journeys.
