Elwyn is an experienced leader and change manager with a deep understanding of climate change, development, and food systems transformation, driven by a strong passion for sustainability and the circular economy.

As Executive Director & CEO at the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute, he leads the Institute in accelerating global adoption of the Cradle to Cradle Certified® Products Program, providing overarching strategy and leadership. Previously, Elwyn served as Managing Director and Executive Director at CGIAR, where he spearheaded efforts in funding and climate-focused research. He has also held senior positions at the World Bank, the United Nations and the UK government, leading global initiatives on sustainability and climate finance. Elwyn holds a BSc in Economics from London School of Economics and an MSc from the University of Warwick.
