Emily leads sustainability initiatives nationwide across Levy’s Sport & Entertainment, Convention Center, Cultural Attraction, and Restaurant portfolio. Taking a two-pronged approach, she shapes corporate strategy while working directly with food and beverage teams at over 250 locations to reduce food waste, strengthen sustainable sourcing, and implement innovative solutions that minimize Levy’s environmental impact.
Immediately before joining Levy, Emily earned her Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan, with a focus in environmental justice and sustainable food systems. Prior to graduate school, she spent more than a decade in food, beverage, and hospitality, holding leadership roles at some of the best companies in the industry. Throughout her career, she has consistently grounded her work in the pursuit of a more just and sustainable future for all.
