At Trellis (formerly GreenBiz), Emily works as the Membership Engagement Manager of Trellis Network. In this role, she serves as our members’ primary point of contact, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and supported throughout their membership. Her focus is on developing and executing strategies to enhance engagement by improving onboarding processes and strengthening feedback loops. Through proactive communication and data-driven initiatives, she works to foster member satisfaction and drive retention.
