Eric Wyatt is the Canada Environmental Stewardship Program Lead at John Deere, where he leads the design and implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs across Canada while supporting the company’s broader global compliance strategy. His work focuses on translating complex and evolving regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions that enable consistent execution across jurisdictions.

Eric has played a key role in advancing Deere’s EPR capabilities through in-depth legislative research to define obligations and inform strategy across multiple regions. He has led the development of standardized reporting tools and frameworks, mapped critical reporting data, and established structured approaches to data governance that enhance accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness. His work also emphasizes the standardization of processes to drive consistency and efficiency in environmental compliance activities.

Prior to his current role, Eric worked within John Deere’s remanufacturing division as an Accounting Manager and Financial Analyst. This experience provided firsthand exposure to the business value of circularity, shaping his perspective on how sustainability initiatives can drive both environmental outcomes and operational performance.
