Erik Shilts

Erik is Head of Energy and Utility Partnerships at Rewiring America, working with data center developers, utilities, and local leaders to leverage American households as energy infrastructure. Prior to this role Erik served as the Head of Data Science at Rewiring America, building the data insights and machine learning models that give insights into the costs and benefits of electrification for communities and households across the country. Erik’s experience in energy extends back to his work on energy efficiency at Opower, where he was an early member of the analytics team and founded the data science team, before leaving to build out the data science and analytics capabilities at Microsoft and Rally Health.
