Erika La Plante

Erika is the Head of MRV & Environmental Impact Assessment and a Co-Founder of Equatic. She is also an Assistant Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, Davis. She has a B.S. in Geology and a Ph.D. in Geochemistry (University of Illinois at Chicago). Erika applies her expertise in mineral dissolution and precipitation to discover new cements, extract critical metals, and sequester atmospheric carbon dioxide.
