Erin Koch is Director of Sustainability at Prologis, leading enterprise sustainability reporting and disclosure for the world’s largest real estate company. He translates ESG performance into clear investor and customer narratives—connecting strategy, risk and value.
Previously, Erin served as U.S. Lead for Sustainability Strategy and Communications at Quantis, advising board-level and C-suite leaders on materiality, goals/KPIs and change management, while mentoring a growing team of consultants. He also led sustainability communications at Sempra Energy, developing an enterprise ESG framework and advancing inclusion, safety, employee engagement and human rights initiatives.
Earlier, Erin served as Communications Director for a U.S. Congressman, running a fast-paced high-pressure media operation—an experience that still shapes his calm, people-first approach.
