Erin is a dynamic leader and changemaker with over 20 years of expertise in the Impact, Climate, and Sustainability sectors. As the leader of the Impact, Engagement, and Diligence practice at Anthesis, Erin is recognized for her entrepreneurial mindset and ability to integrate vision, technical acumen, operational excellence, and analytical insight to drive innovation and enhance client success. Her career reflects a steadfast commitment to leveraging data and technology to create transformational change and measurable impact.

In her current role at Anthesis, Erin excels at delivering strategic guidance and actionable solutions that empower organizations to achieve their sustainability goals. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Partnerships & Strategic Initiatives at Higg (now Worldly), where she spearheaded collaborations that amplified global ESG initiatives. Erin also held the position of Chief Product and Technology Officer at Verisk Maplecroft, where she led product development and technological advancements to address complex environmental, social, and governance challenges.

Erin has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors and possesses deep expertise in ESG factors and frameworks. Her academic foundation includes a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s degree in Natural Resource Law Studies, with a focus on Environmental Law and Natural Resource Planning, from the University of Denver College of Law.
