Estefanía is a principal in RMI’s Center for Climate-Aligned Finance, where she leads a team supporting financial institutions in achieving alignment and enabling the transition of hard-to-abate and high-emitting sectors.
Prior to joining RMI, Estefanía was an operations analyst with the Inter-American Development Bank’s Infrastructure and Energy Department, where she managed a multimillion-dollar portfolio of financing, aid, and research projects to help Latin American countries find practical pathways to transition to low-carbon and low-impact growth models. Estefanía has also worked in similar roles at think tanks and research institutions globally.
