As the Senior Growth Manager of the Global Heat Reduction Initiative (GHR) at SCS Global Services, Esther is committed to advancing climate solutions that deliver tangible heat reduction impacts. She currently leads the product development of the GHR Registry platform and oversees end-to-end operations from project onboarding to credit transactions. Prior to this, Esther managed project outreach for environmental assets at a blockchain company, BlockApps, where she built her deep understanding of the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM). Fluent in English, Chinese, and Korean, Esther looks to foster collaboration within Southeast Asia – including Singapore, where she is currently based – to drive heat reduction in the near-term.
