Faith Taylor is the Senior Vice President of Global Citizenship and Sustainability at Kyndryl, where she spearheads the company’s ESG programs. Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure company with $15.1B revenue and 240 data centers, operates in over 60 countries. Faith is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s environmental stewardship, people and trust/governance programs that ladder up to their strategic priorities. Under Faith’s leadership, Kyndryl has set a Net Zero goal for 2040, validated by the Science Based Target Initiative, and achieved an 18% reduction in overall greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in less than four years of its operation. The company has also released annual Corporate Citizenship Reports detailing their strategic priorities and has been recognized by ISG as an IT industry leader in delivering sustainability services and products. Kyndryl earned a Gold Medal from EcoVadis for its ESG performance, placing it in the top 5% of all companies participated, and was named to Newsweek’s 2025 list of Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces, Forbe’s top 200 Net Zero Leader, and TIME’s top 500 Most Sustainable Companies in the world.
Before joining Kyndryl, Faith led the ESG program at Tesla, collaborating with the board, senior leadership, and associates. At Wyndham Worldwide, she built the company’s ESG programs from the ground up, leading to Wyndham being named the hospitality industry’s Dow Jones Sustainability World Leader and one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere and Newsweek’s Greenest Company. Faith co-led the World Travel and Tourism Council’s Sustainability group, publishing the industry’s first ESG reporting guideline and framework. Faith is currently on the Board of Directors for CMC Energy Services, a private company founded in 1977, and one of the largest woman-run energy efficiency companies in the U.S. She was President of the Women’s New Jersey Performing Art Center board where they have raised over $56M for arts education and community development in the last 25 years. Recognized as one of the top 20 ESG women leaders in 2025 by Sustainability Magazine, Faith is a Stanford University graduate with an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
