Gabriela McCrossan

Gabriela has spent the past several years supporting businesses with integrating climate risk and human rights into corporate sustainability strategy. She has experience across a wide range of sustainability areas, from waste and circularity to finance, and her passion for engaging with complex systems drives her approach to addressing sustainability challenges.

Prior to her entry into sustainability, she managed operations across several community behavioral health facilities.

She holds a Master’s in Sustainability Solutions from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from the University of Arizona.
