Gaby Wilkerson-Melnick

Gaby Wilkerson joined Mill in December 2024 as Head of Strategic & Corporate Partnerships, where she partners with Fortune 500 companies to tackle food waste and develop circular solutions that are both sustainable and deliver strong ROI. Prior to Mill, she was VP of Partnerships at Divvy Homes, a proptech startup that helped families get on the path to homeownership and was acquired by Blackstone in 2025. Gaby began her career at Endeavor, a venture capital and nonprofit organization supporting entrepreneurs in emerging markets, where she led international expansion and managed the EMEA portfolio. Throughout her career, she has been driven by mission-focused work and is passionate about applying market-based solutions to systemic challenges while bringing new technologies into the mainstream. She lives in Berkeley with her husband and two young children.
