Geneva Brown

Geneva serves as global head of Sustainability and Inclusion. Geneva is responsible for the development and execution of the enterprise’s Sustainability and Inclusion strategies that work to transform the health ecosystem into one that is well-functioning, sustainable, accessible, and equitable for all. In addition, Geneva is the attorney and corporate secretary for The Cigna Group Foundation, providing counsel for philanthropy and volunteer initiatives.

Previously, Geneva was the attorney for The Cigna Group Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team for corporate governance matters, shareholder engagement and securities trading practices. Geneva also supported corporate transactions for Cigna, including mergers & acquisitions and venture capital investments.

Geneva is known for being a strategic leader with a track record for delivering results through purpose-driven and profitable ways to innovate within the healthcare industry. Before joining The Cigna Group, Geneva practiced healthcare corporate and securities law at one of the largest international law firms, and was federal law clerk.
