Georgia Carroll

Georgia supports Blue Bear’s investing efforts across deal flow, due diligence, and portfolio company engagement. She believes capital is a powerful catalyst for climate progress and is passionate about backing founders whose ideas can reshape the world.

Prior to Blue Bear, Georgia was a private equity associate at Equilibrium Capital, where she focused on growth equity and asset investments in the controlled environment agriculture sector. She began her career at Marathon Capital, the largest independent investment bank dedicated to the clean economy, working on renewable energy M&A transactions.

Georgia holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Middlebury College.
