Gina Restani, CPCC, PCC is former techie-turned executive coach who has been transforming leaders and teams for 10+ years. She coaches at multiple organizational levels ranging from emerging leaders to seasoned C-suite executives.
Gina’s organizational insights are informed by a decade-long career in the tech industry including a six-year stint at Twitter. Upon leaving her corporate career, she co-founded Inside Out Incubator, a women’s leadership consultancy designed to help women working in male-dominated industries lead powerfully on their own terms.
She has partnered with over 30 companies from global enterprises to smaller startups as a leadership consultant and coach, including: Amazon, Slack, Microsft, Google, Airtable, and more.
