Golnaz Armin
VP, Creative Director Nike Design Studio
Nike
Golnaz Armin is a design leader who believes sustainability is one of the greatest creative opportunities of our time. She sees it not as a constraint, but as a catalyst for innovation—challenging conventional thinking, inspiring new aesthetics, and driving meaningful change across products, materials, and systems. With a career spanning Ford Motor Company and Nike, she has worked at the intersection of design, innovation, and sustainability, from advancing recycled materials in Ford’s hybrid vehicle programs to contributing to iconic Nike products including World Cup football innovations and signature footwear for Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. Throughout her career, Golnaz has led multidisciplinary teams of designers, scientists, and engineers bringing together the art and science of innovation to create products and experiences that connect deeply with athletes and consumers.
At the core of her work is the belief that great design creates lasting value—building meaningful connections between people and products while advancing more responsible approaches to materials, innovation, and the systems that shape how products are made, used, and experienced.
