Holly serves as the Standards Director at the Center for Green Market Activation, non-profit focused on robust market-based approaches to mitigating hard-to-abate Scope 3 emissions. She leads the organization’s GHG accounting and reporting work, including directing the Advanced and Indirect Mitigation (AIM) Platform. Her work is informed by her experience developing decarbonization strategies and procuring clean energy at Fortune 100 companies, working in the energy regulation sector, and writing GHG accounting standards.
Holly’s experience includes serving on the GHG Protocol Scope 3 Standard project team, where she wrote technical guidance and managed the standard testing process with over 60 global companies. In energy strategy roles with the Fortune 100 companies Target and Meta, Holly negotiated energy power purchase agreements and developed value chain decarbonization strategies. She has also provided expert witness testimony before Public Utility Commissions and worked with energy market data to enable clean energy, energy storage, and demand response projects.
