Jacquelyn Horton

Jacquelyn leads Dropbox’s Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, which she built from the ground up. With over seven years of experience at Dropbox, Jacquelyn began her career as a corporate paralegal, playing a crucial role in the company’s IPO. She later transitioned to the social impact team and established and developed Dropbox’s sustainability program, which she continues to run today. Her responsibilities include managing the company’s sustainability work and overseeing ESG reporting, governance, and compliance.

Based in San Francisco, Jacquelyn is committed to driving meaningful change through sustainable business practices. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring San Francisco’s vibrant restaurant scene, and traveling as much as possible.
