As the Head of Impact at Liquid I.V., Jayce knows that Liquid I.V.’s impact goes beyond its products and champions the initiatives to end water poverty and deliver hydration aid to communities in need. And he is bringing others onboard to make the biggest difference.
He started and continues to lead Liquid I.V.’s Confluence, which handed out over $2 million in total grants for 2025 (up from $1.8M last year!) to non-profits helping secure clean, healthy water for the over 2 million Americans that don’t have it. Confluence is more than a grant program though, it is a unique platform that skips the red tape, letting members co-create ideas, pool learnings, and fund transformative projects without typical restrictions. Through collaboration and grantmaking, Confluence gives Liquid I.V. the ability to invest in the necessary work to get clean water to more people across the U.S. and around the world, providing rapid rehydration when it’s needed most.
A graduate of George Washington University with a double major in International Security and Conflict Resolution, Jayce developed expertise in public advocacy while working with the Save Darfur Coalition. As a USAID Foreign Service Officer, Jayce spearheaded impactful initiatives worldwide, including launching the U.S. Government’s first LGBT human rights program, organizing a global summit for Obama’s Stand with Civil Society initiative, and fostering peace in South East Asia.
