Jeffrey Schub leads Enterprise Sustainability at Wells Fargo. In his role, Jeff leads the sustainability team and is responsible for Wells Fargo’s sustainability strategy in support of business objectives. He also drives a range of strategic initiatives across the bank, providing subject matter expertise to the lines of business and clients to support the transition to a low-carbon economy. This includes enterprise transition planning, and the pursuit of Wells Fargo’s goal to deploy $500 billion of sustainable finance by 2030.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Jeff was the Executive Director of the Coalition for Green Capital, where he drove the green bank movement, resulting in the creation of more than a dozen new climate finance institutions that have mobilized more than $15 billion clean energy investment. In this role, Jeff Led the successful campaign to create the $27 billion EPA Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, a national green bank that was signed into law as part of The Inflation Reduction Act. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked for a leading solar developer, as well as in economic consulting. He has an MBA from the Yale School of Management and bachelor’s degrees in economics and public policy from Brown University.
