Gap, Inc.
Jennifer Liu is currently leading waste and circularity efforts for Gap Inc.’s Global Sustainability team. Over the past four years, she has managed initiatives aimed at reducing plastic packaging usage and textile waste throughout the supply chain. In response to the proliferation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs, she expanded her role to include enhancing reporting mechanisms, educating packaging and garment designers on emerging requirements, and engaging lawmakers to foster a deeper understanding of the nuances involved in scaling the circular economy for textiles.
Prior to her tenure at Gap Inc., Jennifer led LEED certification efforts for a general contractor and earned a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from UC Berkeley, California.
