With a passion for people, purpose, and creating meaningful impact, Jessie Copeland has dedicated over 20 years to building expertise in the food industry. From stocking shelves at Whole Foods to sourcing chicken liver for Mars Petcare and managing commodity strategies at Danone, Jessie’s career has focused on food systems and sustainability.
Currently, Jessie serves as the Senior Director of Regenerative Agriculture at Danone North America, one of the world’s largest Certified B Corporations. In this role, he leads efforts to implement Danone’s industry leading regenerative agriculture program that improve soil health, enhance biodiversity, conserve water, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions—all while strengthening farmers’ resilience and profitability.
Through his leadership, Jessie advances Danone’s mission to bring health through food to as many people as possible and contributes to a more sustainable and resilient food system.
