Jo Katchinoff

Dr. Joachim Katchinoff is the CEO and Co-Founder of CREW Carbon. With over a decade of experience in the earth and climate sciences, Dr. Katchinoff has developed, published, and commercialized climate research conducted at Yale University which CREW Carbon utilizes today. At Yale, he completed his Ph.D. and post-doctoral research in the Earth and Planetary Sciences Department, receiving the Hammer Prize for Outstanding Geologist. Before that, Dr. Katchinoff was a Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Oxford and an environmental consultant at the Cadmus Group, working to rollout climate mitigation strategies on behalf of the Army Corps of Engineers. He has his Ph.D. from Yale and Bachelor’s from the College of William and Mary.
