Joel Ulloa is the Manager for the Vehicle Grid Integration team at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). He leads PG&E’s VGI strategy and execution of a portfolio of VGI pilots and programs. His team is focused on deploying and scaling VGI to support 3 million EVs and 550 MWs of flexible load in PG&E’s service territory by 2030.
Joel brings extensive experience in energy, transportation, and housing to help realize a clean energy future. He has a master’s in business administration from UCLA and studied urban planning as an undergraduate at the University of Southern California. Joel is originally from Los Angeles and has lived in the East Bay since 2019.
