John McCalla-Leacy

John is KPMG International’s Head of Global Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and KPMG UK’s ESG Vice Chair. He is responsible for leading KPMG’s network in the delivery of ESG solutions, products and services to clients. John is highly experienced in leading rapid, complex change. He is a former senior leader within KPMG’s Global Center of Excellence for Mergers & Acquisitions. To-date, he has led both the overall and technology aspects of some of the largest multi-billion-dollar client mergers, acquisitions, and divestments that KPMG has ever supported across multiple sectors and geographies. John was an elected member of the KPMG UK Board, member of the KPMG People Committee and he is currently a Board Member of the KPMG Foundation. Now, John’s sole focus is on inspiring and driving rapid ESG-related change for KPMG’s network and its clients.
