I solve hard sustainability problems and enable others to do the same with my advisory firm, Apex Catalytic. How? By synthesizing the experiences and expertise I’ve accrued in 20+ years as a tech leader, impact investment fund leader, practicing engineer, trusted advisor, startup founder, and academic researcher, and by applying those lessons to create (and co-create) solutions to sustainability problems that do not have a playbook, and when credible answers and rigorous pathways forward are needed quickly.

I work with leading corporations, impact investment funds, growth startups, and other impact-focused organizations on a wide span of challenges like creating and implementing data strategies, developing useful and business-relevant R&D, accelerating go-to-market and growth strategies underpinned by positive impacts, navigating and executing effective decisions around ESG and related software selection and implementation, creating circular supply chains, and more.

We use a low-friction engagement model that allows us to move at a rapid pace, together, along with a unique enablement model whereby I provide leaders and teams with recipes and ways of working related to our engagement so that they can thrive long after our engagement is over.
