Judith Hochhauser Schneider
Vice President, Partnership Development
Global Impact Collective
Judith is a sustainability strategist, facilitator, and systems thinker with deep experience advancing collaborative solutions across food waste, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable food systems.
Judith has led food waste initiatives spanning the full supply chain — from farm to retail to hospitality — with a particular focus on collective action, behavior change, and stakeholder engagement. Her work includes facilitating cross-sector collaborations with organizations including World Wildlife Fund (WWF), ReFED, Sodexo, and Seattle Public Utilities. Recent projects have explored food waste prevention in hospitality, culturally rooted approaches to reducing waste, and whole-chain analysis of food loss across the plum supply chains in the Pacific Northwest.
Before helping start GIC, Judith was the Director, Private Sector Engagement at the World Wildlife Fund where she managed some of WWF’s largest transformational partnerships with multinational organizations, including Walmart, The Coca Cola Company, Starbucks, and Nike. Prior to WWF, Judith’s corporate experience included sustainability consulting at PwC in the Sustainable Business Solutions advisory practice, and DuPont, driving the integration of sustainability into growth strategies and functional areas including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Judith is a LEED® Accredited Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BA from Binghamton University in Environmental Science. She currently lives with her family in Portland, OR.
