Justin Herman

Justin Herman is the Chief Information Officer and Vice President for Panasonic Energy of North America (PENA), a leader in manufacturing high-quality lithium-ion batteries. In his role, Justin leads the informational technology and digital transformation strategy for PENA. He is responsible for developing partnerships and strategies that support Panasonic’s goal to increase EV battery production at its battery manufacturing facility in Sparks, Nevada, and its manufacturing plant currently being built in De Soto, Kansas.

In his previous role, Justin served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President for Panasonic Automotive Systems Company of America, where he led the enhancement of the business’s IT infrastructure, innovation and collaboration; data science and analytics; and cloud strategy and ERP application development. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Program Management Office/Systems Applications and Products.

Prior to joining Panasonic in 2018, Justin held executive positions at The Coca-Cola Company in bottling services and delivery, information technology and strategy infrastructure initiatives for the global organization.

Justin earned a master’s degree in strategic leadership and a bachelor’s degree in business management from LeTourneau University.
