She works with leaders, businesses, and solutionists, to advance regenerative leadership and systems change towards this vision.

A woman of color and global citizen, Karimah has lived and worked in over 40 countries. Her unique perspective and mission stem from her experience across global diversity, from her beginnings in small-town India, to Fairtrade farmers and workers, corporate leaders, industry organizations and policymakers across $3 Trillion of the world economy.

With over 20 years of senior-level experience, Karimah has driven regenerative leadership and systems change across diverse areas including agriculture, deforestation, inequality, modern slavery. Karimah’s expertise spans pioneering business strategies, cultural transformation, and industry collaboration across global organizations such as Fairtrade, Mondelez, and Nike.
