With over 15 years of experience spanning the automotive, battery recycling, and rare earth industries, Karl brings a result-driven approach to building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable innovation. Currently, as Director of OEM Partnerships at Cyclic Materials, he leads initiatives to connect original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with solutions that advance a circular economy for critical materials.
Prior to joining Cyclic Materials, he was the Business Development Manager for Battery Feedstock at Lithion Technologies, where he was instrumental in developing supply chain strategies for lithium-ion battery recycling. He also held key roles as Regional Aftersales Development Manager and Business Development Specialist for Wholesale Parts at BMW Group Canada.
