Since stepping into her role as the North America Sustainability Leader at Procter & Gamble in October 2024, Kate Stechschulte is dedicated to driving irresistible superiority that is sustainable. Her focus is on guiding P&G North America to meet the increasing expectations of our consumers, customers, employees, and society to build a better future for all.
Kate leads with intentionality that sustainability is a key enabler of consumer superiority and value creation. With 27 years of experience at P&G, Kate also leads P&G’s Innovation Center, and most recently served as the NA Oral Care Category Sales Leader.
Kate seeks to make a positive difference in the community through her work with Boy Scouts of America (Board member of Dan Beard Council of Cincinnati), Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and the United Way.
