Kati Kallins helps organizations move beyond ESG checklists to build programs that deliver measurable climate impact. She currently leads Adobe’s global sustainability program while also teaching MBA students how to apply practical ESG frameworks in real‑world settings.
With more than 13 years of experience across Adobe, Meta, and Google, Kati has seen firsthand the difference between sustainability initiatives that look compelling in presentations and those that meaningfully reduce emissions. At Adobe, she is driving development of the company’s first Climate Transition Plan and advising senior leaders through the Sustainability Council. Previously at Meta, she scaled Earth Week into a global program engaging more than 6,000 employees across 15 countries.
Kati is also the creator of the “Passion Portfolio,” a career framework that addresses a common but rarely discussed challenge in sustainability: staying motivated and resilient when systemic change feels slow or uncertain. Her approach helps professionals build fulfilling, long‑term careers through industry volatility and organizational transitions.
Her background spans corporate sustainability, environmental policy, nonprofit partnerships, and cross‑functional program leadership. She frequently speaks at events such as Climate Week NYC, GreenBiz, the Visionary 200 Summit, and SF Climate Week, where she helps organizations connect strategy, sustainability, and storytelling. Known for her systems thinking lens and narrative‑driven approach, Kati brings a multi‑sector perspective that helps teams identify implementation challenges early and understand what truly drives organizational change.
