Katie leads Vontier’s legal and administrative functions including legal and compliance, human resources, EHS, sustainability, communications, government relations, and public policy. She and her team champion strong governance practices, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability throughout the organization, ensuring that Vontier wins in the markets it serves by always acting with the highest level of integrity. Katie’s leadership of the HR and People teams emphasizes DE&I as well as belonging as a core priority.
Katie serves on the Industry Advisory Board for MIT’s Climate & Sustainability Consortium and on the Advisory Board of NACD’s Center for Inclusive Governance. She also serves as the executive sponsor of the Vontier Veterans employee resource group.
